SALTY SURF SONY FX3/FX30 Underwater Housing BOOSTED

The Salty Surf Boosted Underwater Housing for the sony FX3/FX30 is the new industry standard Underwater housing for this camera.

It allows the use of a V-Lock underwater and even manual focus on certain lenses.

Construction

CNC machined from billet aluminium then anodised and painted.

All buttons and hardware are 316 stainless steel, providing superior corrosion resistance.

The FX3/FX30 housing is designed to be more ‘production-friendly’ than other Sony housings, with quick release clips and a M16x1 bulkhead for HDMI output for directors monitoring. (We do not house the monitoring option as of yet).

Grips

The housing comes with dual handle grips.

LENS Ports

The FX3 housing comes with  the ‘S-System’ port system, which is compatible with lenses up to 105mm diameter.

The FX3 housing does not allow fitment of larger CINE lenses due to the compact size of the housing.

With dual side handles and port = approx. 2kg
