Why crews pick the Catta Ace: a constant T2.9 through both zooms, matched front diameters and gear positions, and real cinema mechanics in lenses light enough for a gimbal or shoulder rig. Between 35mm and 135mm you can shoot an interview, a product film or a run of coverage without a single prime change.
On set: the 77mm thread takes a Tiffen 77mm variable ND directly, which is handy on cameras without built-in ND like the Sony FX3. On the Sony FX6 you can lean on the camera's own variable ND instead. The KOOP magnetic filters fit the Catta Ace too.
