The DZO Tango zooms are long-range Super 35 cinema zooms built for documentary, sport, wildlife and live work, and you can hire the DZO Tango zoom set from Yellow Cactus in Stoke Newington, N16 for £230 a day. Each lens is also available on its own.
What's on the shelf:
Why crews pick the Tango: between them they run from 18mm to 280mm, so one camera can go from a wide establishing shot to a tight long-lens close-up without a lens change. That's why they're popular for observational documentary, events, sport and second-unit work.
Rig them properly: these are full-size cinema zooms, so plan for 15mm or 19mm rods, a lens support and a solid tripod head. They suit Super 35 bodies like the RED Komodo and ARRI Alexa Mini. For something lighter, the Pictor zooms cover 20mm to 125mm at T2.8.
Every DZO set we stock is on our DZO lens hire page, and our guide to which DZO lens to hire compares the lines.
Collection and returns are from Unit H1, 2 Leswin Place, London N16 7NJ, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. If it's your first hire, please register a production account before ordering. Call 020 7898 3322 or email rentals@weareyellowcactus.com.
