Good grip is what makes the rest of the kit safe and quick to use, so we keep a decent stock of the everyday bits every shoot ends up needing, at prices that don't eat into the budget.
Stands: 40" and 20" C-stands, master stands, combo and triple-riser stands, lowboy and roller stands, Kupo and Matthews wheeled stands, wind-up stands for heavy fixtures, overhead stands and poly stands.
Arms and booms: Avenger D600 Mini and D650 Junior boom arms and the Manfrotto 425B Mega Boom, plus Manfrotto Magic Arms.
Clamps and hardware: A-clamps in three sizes, Cardellini clamps, Manfrotto Superclamps, Big Ben clamps, barrel clamps, jumbo knuckles, baby plates, brass spigots, croc clips and poly clamps.
Frames and rigging: 8'x8' and 12'x12' modular frames, 6' scaffold poles with internal connectors, Manfrotto Autopoles and a Colourama pole for backdrops.
On the floor: apple box sets and sandbags.
Most of these are priced by the day at a few pounds each, so it's worth adding a few extra sandbags and clamps rather than finding out on set that you're one short. If it's your first hire with us, register a production account before you order; we need it before kit can go out. Collection and returns are from Unit H1, 2 Leswin Place, London N16 7NJ, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
